Trip to Liverpool'S Anglican Cathedral and Mosque
Date: 26th Sep 2017 @ 4:50pm
Last term, we went to Liverpool's Catherdal where we completed a workshop about the purposes for stained glass windows in churches. We also had a very interesting, fun tour of the building, finding out why the church as a place of worship and the Bible are important to Christians,
We also had a very interesting and informative trip to one of Liverpool's Mosques where we were introduced to the important aspects of the Muslim faith. We explored their place of worship and discovered the similarities and difference between the Muslim and Christian faiths.
We were made extreemly welcome at both places and the children agreed that they had had a wonderful time.
I have attached some of the photographs from the trip on our main page.
